Terms & Conditions

• Cakes may contain nuts/traces of nuts
• Fruit cakes have a layer of marzipan under the icing
• While we will endeavour to match any design/colour, all
  cakes are hand made and we reserve the right to use our
  artistic judgement when designing and creating your cake
  accordingly.
• We cannot be held responsible for any interference with
  the completed cake once it is hand delivered.
• Once delivered/collected,the cake is no longer our
  responsibility.
• Whilst most of our flowers and figures are handmade
  in sugar, they are not edible and must be removed
  from the cake before it is cut.
• You are responsible for ensuring that caterers / venue personnel
  are aware of this fact.

DEPOSIT

• A deposit is required when ordering novelty
  cakes, with the balance due upon collection / delivery.
• A 50% deposit is required when ordering a
  wedding cake with the outstanding balance
  due one week before the wedding date.

CANCELLATIONS

• If you have to cancel your order for any reason
  you will be liable to pay for any specifics that
  have been started. The same applies if a wedding
  cake is cancelled within 6 weeks of the wedding

DELIVERY / COLLECTION

• Wedding cakes can be collected up to 2 days
  before the wedding or delivery can be arranged.
• Details of delivery charges on request.
